John Herring is a trial attorney who represents both companies and individuals in all areas of litigation. Prior to joining The Payne Law Group in 2011, John represented individuals and various local and national businesses in disputes involving personal injuries, wrongful death and catastrophic injuries, products liability, real property disputes, construction litigation, oil field accidents, breach of contract, DTPA claims and other matters. He has significant experience defending lawsuits in the fields of automobile and transportation liability, homeowner and premises liability, and first-party insurance claims. He also has experience handling collections matters on behalf of various businesses.
While in law school, Mr. Herring served as legal intern to the Honorable Emilio M. Garza, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
