Mr. Payne has enjoyed over 42 years
practicing law as a trial lawyer in many
areas throughout the state and has been
involved in numerous trials. Mr. Payne's
active practice involves representing
plaintiffs and defendants in litigation
and arbitration including oil and gas,
breach of contract, DTPA, fraud,
construction law, real estate,
condemnation, and other general
litigation matters.
