Jeff Crisp is “Of Counsel” to the firm.
As General Counsel of several Brazos
Valley companies, Mr. Crisp has
developed a diverse legal practice based
on the wide variety of issues facing
each company. Mr. Crisp represents both
companies and individuals regarding
employment issues, including policy and
procedure manuals, workplace safety,
workers’ compensation and unemployment
claims; the ownership and operation of
farm and ranch property, including all
types of transactions associated with
such property; issues related to oil and
gas, including leasing of oil and gas
rights, drilling and production of oil
and gas wells and payout of oil and gas
revenues; and the development and
licensing of intellectual property. In
his capacity as General Counsel, Mr.
Crisp has also been involved in
litigation related to real estate,
condemnation, oil and gas, construction
law, breach of contract, personal injury
and employment issues.
