Mr. Scherr represents both companies and
individuals in all types of personal
injury litigation, including trucking
and Auto Accident, oil field
accidents, professional malpractice,
wrongful death and catastrophic injury;
employment matters, including
discrimination claims, policy and
procedure manuals, and employment
contracts; and complex business
disputes, including breach of contract,
construction law, fraud, and DTPA
claims. His practice includes
representation before both State and
Federal Courts, the EEOC and in the
arbitration and mediation of related
claims.
